I was finally able to get on our pond with my kayak.The ice was still there, so I had to cut through some of it. It was warm enough for the painted turtles to come out to get some sun. I drifted within 10 feet of this big beaver. I LOVE THIS WEATHER!!!!!!!!!!

I love your photos of wild flowers and the things you find while on the water and walking. Fascinating. So glad I stumbled on these.
