I know, the word 'rat' doesn't bring many warm fuzzies to mind for many people, but this Muskrat captured at Brick Pond in Owego was the cutest thing. Almost unnoticed at the waters edge, it was bathing, similar to what you see rabbits and cats do. Once it noticed me watching off into the pond it went. When it got out into the deeper water the sky reflected, making it look as the water were swimming pool blue.
