At this time of year, even if you just walk the trails at Taughannock falls, for the exercise you're in for a treat, just looking at the trees. There are such ancient trees around that area. You can tell they are old by the strong roots and character they show in the branches and bark... Kind of like us people. Character "wrinkles".

LOVE TREES!!!!! They do have very real characteristics. The water dropplets hanging from a sapling in your one photo looked like our trees the afternoon we had rain, gropple, rain. Just Beautiful!!!!!
