The Sweenys Plaza on Rt. 434 in Apalachin, had some of the most beautiful horses I've ever seen. Six of them. Belgian draft horses and all their finery, hooked up to pull a pristine black wagon that was festooned with as many silver baubles as the horses were. The Family Dollar Store was having an Appreciation Celebration. The Owner of the horses is Al Fargnoli of Arbor Glade Belgians in Apalachin.
