I've Been Chasing theese birds for the last 2 weeks. The Oriole is my Favorit bird. Over 100 Photos. We use to see him on the Susquahanna,Chenango Rivers When we were Fishing in the 50's & 60's. I went 30 Years befor seeing him again. He flew over My head on a sunny day. I swear he did a Barrel roll & a Weng wave Just for me. I caught 5 of them in a Blosseming Bushy tree. Eating anything that Buzzed,Hummed,Crawed. They like nectar too.

I enjoyed seeing your photos of the Baltimore Oriole. Their colors are quite striking. They move fast and are quite difficult to photograph. Please keep them coming!

You got some beautiful captures. Those orioles ARE pretty elusive, aren't they. You're right about them loving nectar. You can also attract them simply by taking half an orange and skewering it on a nail or post.
