I would like to submit Ashley and Sean Beams for the spruce up your backyard contest. They just this week moved back to their house in Owego after doing extensive repairs to their home that was damaged in September flood. There was no insurance coverage so they had to do all the rebuilding and repair work themselves. They are still in process of the work and a yard spruce up would be a great encouragement to them.
