Dumplin' the Equicizer

Borrowed Freedom welcomes Dumplin'

The Borrowed Freedom Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy center in Endicott, NY welcomed Dumplin' to their program recently. Dumplin' is an Equicizer, and he simulates the movement of horse for individuals with special needs who cannot safely mount or dismount the real program horses. He is used for all of our new client evaluations, vaulting practice, and for clients who may need a more controlled equine experience.

We were able to purchase Dumplin' because of the tremendous support we received during the GlobalGiving.org Winter challenge.

Borrowed Freedom in an American Hippotherapy Association member facility and provides pediatric Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Riding, Unmounted Horsemanship and Learning programs for children and adults with special needs. There is no charge for participants, and we serve Maine-Endwell, Binghamton, Endicott, Vestal, Johnson City, Owego and surrounding communities in Broome, Tioga, Tompkins and Cortland counties in NY and the neighboring counties in PA.
