Home Gardner: What are these little bugs on my plants? The red ones are on goldenrod and the green & black striped ones are on a zucchini flower...thanks

The critters are Red Aphids and Striped Cucumber Beetles. Ahhh the joys of gardening! Both can do some damage. I usually use a mild mixture of water and dawn dish detergent for aphids but the beetles I pick off. Hope others have better ideas for you!
