I had to alter these photos a little to allow a more accurate idea of the formations. The details and depth just don't show up through photographs. I'd taken the weather alert for T storms seriously, and was closing up windows, when I noticed the most amazing cloud formations coming in from the West North/West direction. Grabbed my camera and started clicking away.
