The old "Projects" in Sidney,NY are finally being torn down today.

LCP is finally tearing down the old "PROJECTS" in Sidney . These building s were built in the 1940s so the verterans of WWII would have a place to live while working at Scintilla. Now they are coming down to make room for the new Condos that will be built later.
