I figured we "weren't in Kansas anymore" but, who needs to be when we have our very own Tornado Warning right here in the heart of Owego. We've recently dealt with one Big Flood, so I have confidence in my fellow citezens to get through a TWISTER or two. WE ARE STRONG!!!
