I am a DIRECTV Technician, heading 81 South towards Kirkwood. I pulled over when it started to hail (between Conklin & Kirwood exits) and when I looked to my left, and noticed this rotation. I was not able to tell if it had touched down because of the line of trees in the way of it, but it was only about 1/4th mile away from me!
