have never seen a bird like this does anyone now about this bird name, kind where it's from think it's very pritty, cant find it in my bird book thanks lorrie

Sometimes it's hard to identify birds because of juveniles not looking exactly like the parents yet. My guess would be a Summer Tanager. They are very red though, so that's why I thought maybe young... female might be a duller shade too.
