This beautiful Monarch butterfly was quite busy taste testing different flowers, as I took photos. It seemed quite oblivious to me as she went about storing her fuel. I know soon she will be making a long flight south, but who knows if she will make it. One thing I do know is it is a "She" the male Monarch butterflies have a black spot on their bottom wings.
