It's pretty hard to walk through a field or garden, and not stumble upon a bumble, bump into a butterfly or be bothered by bugs. These beauties however were not bothering me. These were all so busy fueling up on the nectar of the wild flowers that are so abundant this time of year. What was fascinating to me, was the little bug in the purple flower. I could see nothing but it's back end, and it was so shiny, that it was actually reflecting like a black mirror. The bug was very tiny, as this flower was only about the size of a quarter.
