If you live near the Forest Lake Baptist Church, near Montrose, PA then you know that Drive-Your-Tractor-To-Church Sunday is coming! If you own a tractor (lawn, garden, vintage, or farm) or drive a tractor-trailer, you are invited to bring them to the third annual “Drive-Your-Tractor-To-Church” Sunday on August 26.
If you don’t have a tractor, or if it is too far to drive or haul yours, come anyway to watch the tractor parade, have lunch, and watch the tractor games.
There will be games for children to keep them busy.
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a day of fellowship, food, and games. The day begins at 10:30AM at Forest Lake Baptist Church (Old State route 3029) with tractor registration. At 11:00AM is fellowship and worship hour, then those who are not driving tractors are asked to go to the Forest Lake Township building (about a 1½ miles from the church) to watch the tractor parade. Lunch will be a pig roast, followed by various tractor games. Bring a lawn chair and watch the fun! For directions or additional information call the church at 570-553-2323.
