My girlfriend Diane Quick called me from outside saying Fire. I called 911 and ran over to see guy upstairs was out and said his downstairs neighbor wasnt home.He then got his and her dogs out so the house was clear. I then ran back home to film in from my office.

I have hd footage of fire but the clip was too big top upload if you guys need it.
