View looking South from First Peak, Tongue Mountain range, of Lake George NY. Clear sky, blue waters, a fantastic view of Lake George early August 2012. The state islands below are in the Narrows section. Turtle, Mohican, Juanita, Ranger, and Pine islands are in view as well as Oahu a private island. On the other side of the Lake Shelving Rock, Little Buck and Buck mountains can be seen. At the the far end of the Lake is Lake George Village

Beautiful Capture. We have been to Lake George many times when our children were young. They loved the several theme parks and my wife and I loved Gaslight Village.... Haven't been back for some time now..
