12TH Annual Blues On The Bridge kicked off today even though the sky was full of ominous clouds and some passing showers. One of the event promoter's Donnie Wilkins talks to the crowd,as Ring Of Fire kicked off the one o'clock hour; which had many people kicking off the blues in their dancing shoes. There was quite a crowd early,as it is good to see the soul of the community healing and celebrating.
