This crayfish was caught by my son Sean's friend Matt at Lake Gerry (pronounced Gary) in Chenango County. They are extremely rare and this is first one ever known of in that lake going back at least 45 years. It was returned to the water safely.

My son said that is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ripleys material. Glad it was returned:)
