An elderly woman was struck by a man, who tried to beat her through the intersection. Both vehicles were disabled and ended up on the sidewalk of Broad Ave, Binghamton. The accident happened at around 10:15PM on Wed. evening. The women was shook up, and the man seemed to be shook up as well. Many of the neighbors heard the BANG from inside their homes. We are thankful no one was seriously hurt ,
