The medical building that once occupied 502-504 5th Avenue is, almost, not there anymore. After having severely damaged by the floods of 2005, 2006 and 2011 nit seems that the owners/occupiers finally decided that enough is enough. I wonder if they plan to rebuild and what it might become.
