I recently read that volunteers worked on cleaning up the post 2011 flood debris at "Brick Pond" in Owego. I know of at least one other time they pulled together a group to clean up. I often go there just to photograph the views and animals. On my last trip there I was never more awestruck. The colors are stunning, waters calm, and nearly back to it's pre-flood grandeur. I'm hoping that maybe some day they will be able to bring back the floating walk ways that my daughter enjoyed more than 20 years ago. Even if only a small portion. Thank you 10 fold to all the volunteers that have cleaned up "Brick Pond". Without your help I'd not have been able to capture these "Frame-worthy" photographs.
