I seen Hundreds while flying up the coast of Oregon & Washington. It's a Mature Bird at the Molting stage. Happens every Year!

My guess would be an immature eagle, also. They do appear larger. We had an immature one at The Pond tonight. I will post it on my You News page. This spring we had both, at the pond, and in different stages of color change.

I guess it could be an immature Bald Eagle, but it was large- at least a 5 ft wing span
