Photo taken out on the banks of the Susquehanna River in Vestal, near the Johnson City flyover. Skeletons of Autumn and other debris form near this island in the middle of the Susquehanna River. I sure hope this area as well as the entire Southern Tier, won't experience any severe flooding as we have in these last 6 years.
