To try and prevent a reccurence of damages caused from the flooding of 2008 and 2011. Construction eguipment is being used to fabricate an earthen barrier around areas of the manufacturing plant to protect it. In the event that Hurricane Sandy causes high water in the village of Sidney.

Should be 2006 instead of 2008
