When the subways and sewer systems fill up and flood in NYC, all the MILLIONS of rats, mice, & roaches that will come out of the subways & sewers in NYC. Where will they go? in every building that is standing, what will that mean- disease and famine on a major scale!!!! Do you think the NYC transit authority went in the subways to evacuate all the homeless subway dwellers ? There are hundreds or 1000's of people that live in the old subway systems. Your thoughts ?

Pretty scary thoughts, I am sure you are probably right about the critters, but I hope they can clear out the homeless folk.
