During an August thunderstorm raining cats & dog. High lightning in clouds Maybe over 30,000 FT. Sirens go screeming down Edsen road. I got the Glow on the rain drops between Lightning flashes. Which would have turned night into Day and blown it away. Its good to have hero's!
