Blue Spring State Park Manatee

On April 17, 2008 at Florida's Blue Spring State Park near Orange City I was fortunate to see this manatee. Usually this late in the year the manatees are in the James River, but unseasonably cold temperatures brought them to the year-round 72 degree water of the spring. Hurricane is a male manatee I was able to see quite well.
