This is a spotted Salamander which got caught in a dry area looking for a mate. A short carry to a near by wet area made his day! He perked right up.

Dave?, You take awsome photo's.This looks like the one I spotted early last year,They are called the Yellow Spotted Salimander ,and can grow up to 12 inch's.what kind of camera do you use? you can comment back on any of My own submisions..Thanks
