Another accident at Grand & Crestmont

This is the 3rd accident at the corner of Grand Blvd. and Crestmont Rd. in Binghamton that I've submitted since the first of the year. How many I've missed I don't know. There have been more than 30 plus accidents at this corner since the year 2000. The neighborhood has had meetings with their councilman, the city police traffic division, the city engineer, the superintendent of public works and the mayors office, which has resulted in tree trimming and promises of studies. To date the tree trimming and studies have not reduced the number of accidents.
