Windsor's Bell Elementary Student Council Members rang the bell for the Salvation Army at Schneider's Market in Kirkwood on Tuesday evening. They sang Christmas carols, drank hot cocoa and rang the bell for 2 hours in the cold! The gathering was lead by 5th grade teacher Mrs. Leonard.
