Photos taken about an hour ago at 3:30 pm. in Endicott. Traffic looked more like rush hour. Probably a result of people leaving work early hoping to avoid driving int the worst of the storm. Pedestrians and bike riders are serious too, all bundled up. Be careful out there! It was 26 degrees, so what's falling is all sticking. What was wet is now frozen. I think I'll enjoy a cup of hot chocolate by the window.
