Not that I want to get all snowed in. I really dislike the 'Snirt' that comes when the snow melts and becomes a pile of dirty gray. But when I was in Binghamton tonight, I saw this giant yellow vehicle on the train tracks. I've never seen one of these before, but if I had to guess, by the shape of the front of it, I'd say it was a snow plow for the tracks. Now I want to know if this is parked at the ready? Are we in for something big?
An 'Omen' to the forcast?
