Location: Jarvis St. in Binghamton, NY

At 9:45 pm the City of Binghamton fire department was called out to Jarvis St. for a working structure fire. Upon arrival of the Binghamton fire chief, the call was escalated to a three alarm fire. At approximately 11:45 pm the fire was finally under control. The building was gutted but the structure itself was slavaged for the most part.

It was 8:45 and the building was NOT salvaged, it's a total loss. That's what happens when the whole building is on fire before anyone calls 911
