The Upper Lisle Bridge has been temporarily closed due to high water and ice build-up. The SRBC has closed the Whitney Point Dam thus raising the level of the Whitney Point Lake which is fed by the Otselic River which flows under this bridge. As one stands near the bridge's edge, one can hear the ice cracking and breaking up.
