Today we hiked in the Lyon Brook State Forest. We visited the site of the former NYO&W Train Trestle. We were at the Oxford side of the former trestle. Saw the one huge abutment and where the railroad bed went through a rocky ledge. What an experience it must have been to ride over that trestle.
