Local racers in action this past May 15th at the Kirkwood Industrial Park, aka "Singer Link", from one of the Tioga Velo Clubs (TVC) weekly training races. TVC is the greater Binghamton area's dominate performance oriented cycling club boasting a membership of well over 100 cycling enthusiasts and racers. The Singer circuit course has been a long time favorite with racing at this location going back 20 or so years. TVC is the title sponsor club of the annual Chris Thater Memorial Crit and is also going to be the host club for the upcoming Empire State Games which are returning the the Binghamton area this summer.
