By the time I arrived at the yellow stucco 3 floor apartment building on North Street in Endicott, the fire was out. All you could see is smoke coming from the basement/first floor door way on the back of the building. It takes some very brave firefighters to do their job in these dangerously bitter temperatures and winds. Thank you for all you do.
