MICHAEL S. LUMNAH, age 40, of Endicott is the owner & arsonist. If he is out, he should be hunted down. Neighbors say he was required to remove asbestos from the barn in question, and decided to burn it instead. If that's true, it's bad news.

He was arrested over the weekend on 13 counts of attempted a murder. He is out on $25,000 bail. There were over 20 people in the apartments, don't know why they say 13.The landlord paid someone $1,000 to burn the barn, not caring if he killed everyone.

The person who set these fires (the owner) should be charged with 20 counts of attempted murder. At 1:30 in the morning, everyone is asleep. What was this guy thinking. He is lucky not to be facing murder charges.
