The Speed of Light is still Faster

I wanted to see the Photons Jump off the Tungsten Wire? They crash into your Eye at 671 million MPH. yet it takes them 8 minutes & 19 sec. To reach us from the sun. 1.3 sec. longer if bounced off the Moon! The nearest star is 4.2 Light Years Away. Takes 100,000 years Just too cross our Galaxy. When we see the sun on the Horizon it is already set or risen. Fast is sharpen we just see the source. It cuts down all the light that bounces around.
