Just as Action News forcasted, the brief but strong winds arrived on the shore of Otsego Lake accompanied by thunder, lightening and the predicted hail. The lightening flashed from 4:50pm on, warning of the winds and storm to come. From 5:00 to 5:10 the hail fell, but by 5:20 only the sound of distant thunder renained
