I found "my" eagle sitting on the same tree in the sun as it was over the weekend and I was again fortunate to be able to capture a few pictures before it flew to a more distant tree. From its perch, the eagle could keep an eye on its mate sitting in a large nest some distance away. I think this mated pair has laid eggs and is taking turns keeping the eggs warm.
