Eating grape jelly

Orioles are back. Birds not the team

For several years now we have put out oranges and grape jelly for the Orioles around the first of May. This year they showed up on the 10th. Every year we have the pleasure of watching the young when the parents bring them to the jelly. They seem to always build a nest in a tree in our yard but never in the same tree. They come to the jelly and oranges to eat about every hour or so. We sit on the back deck about 15 feet away and watch them. What a treat that is.
