Phelps Mansion Museum is proud to host the 2008 Fine Art Society of the Southern Tier recipient of the Peoples Choice Award
Patrick McPhee for his photo realistic oil paintings "East Branch of the Delaware". McPhee also won 2nd Place in the oil painting division and an Angel award presented by FASST. Please join us on July 4th to view this talented artists work and meet and greet the artists at a reception at The Phelps Mansion Museum,191 Court Street,Binghamton, NY

The show will remain on exhibit July 4th-29th.
