After hearing a very loud bird calling outside my door, I discovered something I rarely see. A baby robin. They grow so fast, they are eggs, bald open mouths, then grown up. This little guy was getting classes on how to catch and eat worms by him self. I watched as he was brought a worm by mom or dad, and at least 6 times dinner was presented, but not taken. The little tweeter was still wanting the worm to be forced down it's throat, but time to learn to do it himself. Even with the pouring rain, the lessons continued. I think he had to stay after class this day.
