This little green hummingbird was trying to find nectar from this red blossomed plant in the backyard. They are so fast as they flit from blossom to blossom and hard to get their picture as a result.

Good try, the adult male starts humming this time of the year. I can hear him from 45 feet away. Only the male redbreasted nuthatch make a louder HUMM.
