A recent soap making class was held at Bement-Billings Farmstead in Newark Valley conducted by Kathryn Brennan and Kathleen Brennan, a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law team from Berkshire Hills Soap Works. The business was founded by Kathryn and Kathleen is the current owner. The Apple Festival at the farmstead in Newark Valley will be this Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6 where many vendors, to include Berkshire Hills Soap Works, will display their wares.
