First Robin

Robin after the snowstorm!

I think with the cold temperatures across the United States some birds are confused! This was taken in New Milford Pa. on Monday. My mom noticed the robin in the tree. No worms to be found under all the white stuff!!

i took a similar picture and thought the robin was confused as well…i was informed by my bird watching friends that robins will overwinter provided there are plentiful berries and seeds. I learned something new!
