Brian Hutchinson 1st Place Winner of the of the Broome-Tioga District Bus Road-eo competing in the State Competition in Albany NY. Shots shown show the bus parallel parking, crossing a student safely across the road and the tennis ball challenge where you have to get the buses back tires though a parallel row of cups with tennis balls on them. Brian only knocked one off. The competition was held by the New York Ass. for Pupil Transportation. Brian Drives for Union-Endicott Schools.
